GENERAL POLICY
Visit the team for full Certified Service and automotive sales. With regular office hours and the necessary health & safety precautions set out by the province, including masks, physical barriers, social distancing measures and daily sanitization processes.
Hand sanitiser is stationed at every entrance, we encourage all customers to use it and actively self screen themselves before entering the dealership.
If you have been out of the country in the last 14 days, or are experiencing any of the symptoms listed below, please reschedule your visit.
– were in contact with an individual who has or is suspected of having COVID
– fever and/or chills
– cough or barking cough (croup)
– shortness of breath/difficulty breathing
– decrease or loss of smell or tast
MASK OR FACE COVERING REQUIRED
All persons entering or remaining in the dealership must wear a mask or face covering that securely covers the nose, mouth, and chin as required by the Medical Officer of Health under the Emergency Management and Civil Protection Act (EMCPA) Ontario Regulation 263/20.
Exceptions include people who cannot wear a mask or face covering for medical reasons, or children under two years old, or those who require accommodation in accordance with any other exemption covered under the Ontario Public Health mandate.
SALES SAFETY PROTOCOL
– Vehicles are sanitized before and after test drives
– Vehicle keys are sanitized after each use
– Mask, physical barriers and social distancing are in use
– All employees and/or visitors are required to sanitize their hands upon entry
– All employees and/or visitors are required to wear mask or face covering unless the individual has an exemption covered under the Ontario Public Health mandate
– Frequent handwashing is practised by staff- Frequent sanitization of customer touchpoints (i.e. door handles & office equipment)
SERVICE SAFETY PROTOCOL
– Your vehicle is sanitized before and after its service and/or repair work
– Mask, physical barriers and social distancing are in use
– All employees and/or visitors are required to sanitize their hands upon entry
– All employees and/or visitors are required to wear mask or face covering unless the individual has an exemption covered under the Ontario Public Health mandate
– Frequent handwashing is practised by staff
– Frequent sanitization of customer touchpoints (i.e. door handles & debit machines)
